Refunds
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Quilta Pro is sold and charged by Apple's App Store or by Google Play. The store you paid is the seller, so it holds your payment and decides refunds under its own policy. We never see your card and cannot send money back ourselves. Here is how to ask.
Bought on iPhone or iPad
- Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Choose that you would like to request a refund, pick the reason, then pick Quilta Pro from the list.
- Apple decides and tells you by email, usually within a couple of days.
Bought on Android
- Within 48 hours of paying, you can ask Google directly at https://support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9813244 or from your order history in the Play Store.
- After 48 hours, write to us at support@quilta.app with the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA.) and we will look at it.
Subscriptions
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the period you have already paid for, and Pro stays on until that period ends.
- Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- A refund the store grants ends Pro on that store account.
Lifetime
A lifetime purchase is charged once. Refunds for it go through the same store as above.
Your rights
If you are a consumer, every right your local law gives you stays with you, including any right to withdraw from a purchase in the EU or the UK. Because the store is the seller, the store handles those requests.
Something else
Charged twice, charged after cancelling, or Pro not unlocking after you paid? Write to support@quilta.app. Try Restore purchases in the app first, under Settings, then Quilta Pro: it fixes most missing purchases.
